"Not the fit I was expecting"
I ordered my usual size, so I was surprised when it felt way too tight. The shoulders fit really weird, and it immediately reminded me of trying on an uncomfortable jacket years ago that I couldn’t wait to take off. I wanted to like it, but the fit was just annoying and not comfortable at all.

"Pretty good in the end"
I got a personalised AFL top and, to be fair, the customisation process was easier than I expected. I do wish the preview was a bit clearer before ordering, because I wasn’t totally sure how it would come out. But it arrived looking good, so I can’t really complain

"Good basics, but felt a bit overlooked"
They’ve got a decent range overall, and I was able to find the basic stuff easily. But it was kind of frustrating how some teams had tons of gear while others barely had anything. I asked about more options and felt a little dismissed, like it wasn’t really a priority. It’s fine if you just need something simple, but I wish there was more variety across the board.

"Frustrating stock mix-up"
I tried to buy a guernsey twice, and both times it looked like it was in stock, only for the order to get cancelled later. It was frustrating and made the stock info feel kind of pointless. That said, I get that these things can happen, so hopefully they can tighten it up a bit.

"Click and collect was such a hassle??"
I placed an order for click and collect the whole thing was a mess. I barely got any clear updates, so I went into the store thinking it would be ready?? The staff couldn’t even find my order at first, and I ended up wasting most of my lunch break just standing around. Frustrating experience overall.

"Checkout was okay, but slower than it should’ve been"
The buying process was mostly fine, but the checkout felt slow and I ended up having to double-check my delivery details twice, which was a bit annoying. The payment did go through in the end and I got the order confirmation quickly, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. Still, it could definitely be smoother, and I’d expect some kind of small compensation or discount for the hassle.

"Too expensive for basic gear"
The prices feel way too high for what you’re actually getting. I found similar AFL gear cheaper on other sites, and then the shipping cost just makes it worse. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the pricing because it’s hard to justify paying that much for basic stuff.

"Not what I expected, and it arrived a bit carelessly handled"
I ordered a hoodie from the AFL Store the description made it sound like it would be thicker and better quality than it actually is. The sizing felt off too, it came up smaller than I expected. Shipping time was fine, but when it arrived the package looked like it had been tossed around without much care, which didn’t help the first impression. It’s not awful, but I was disappointed because it just wasn’t what I thought I was buying.

"Wrong items sent twice"
I ordered a Carlton hoodie and a cap, but ended up getting the hoodie in the wrong size and a totally different cap. The weird part is the packing slip actually had my order listed correctly, so I’m not sure where it went wrong. If it were just a simple mix-up and they sorted it quickly, I probably wouldn’t have minded much, but support took ages and it still didn’t get fixed properly. Frustrating overall.

I ordered a Lions guernsey and, to be honest, I mainly paid attention to the stuff that matters to me, the tags, stitching, and overall look. From what I could see, it all looked authentic. Delivery took a few extra days, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d buy from them again, especially if they had my size available more often...
